F-51 is similar to F-3 felt in density and can be used as a replacement for F-3 where an accurate, thin, coarse, high-grade wool felt is required. Common applications include ball and roller bearings, oil retainer washers, and smaller dust excluding washers. These sample sizes allow you to select the right grade before buying a larger order, or add to your swatch library.
