At The Felt Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home and crafting materials. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team with your order number and details of the item you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unused felt products in their original packaging, ensuring the Return Authorization number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Send your package back to our warehouse using a trackable shipping service; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned goods, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
